Default Newbie Dragon Deck, looking for advice

Hey all,
I'm a complete beginner at Yu-Gi-Oh (started quite literally three days ago), but I'm a reasonably old hand at Magic and I like to think I know the rudiments of deck construction. Anyway, here's my Traditional deck, which I built off of the Kaiba Evolution starter, the Dragon's Roar structure, and a couple cards gleaned from various sources.

Given the limited budget of the deck, it's a pretty straightforward beatdown with some handpicked effect monsters to get the heavy hitters out on the field in short order.

Here goes:

Monsters:
2 Armed Dragon LV3
2 Armed Dragon LV5
1 Bazoo the Soul-Eater
1 Blue-Eyes White Dragon
1 Kaiser Sea Horse
1 Lord of D.
1 Luster Dragon
3 Masked Dragon
1 Mystic Tomato
1 Opticlops
1 Red-Eyes B. Chick
1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon
1 Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon
1 The Dragon dwelling in the Cave
1 Witch of the Black Forest

Spells:
1 Change of Heart
1 Megamorph
1 Monster Reborn
2 Nobleman of Crossout
1 Pot of Greed
1 Premature Burial
3 Stamping Destruction
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 The Flute of Summoning Dragon

Traps:
1 Burst Breath
1 D. Tribe
1 Dragon's Rage
1 Raigeki Break
1 Shadow Spell
1 Trap Hole
1 Trap Jammer
1 Waboku

Card suggestions should please take into consideration that I have an extremely limited budget (max probably $20 total).

Thanks in advance for the advice!

i would never ever mix a red eyes and blue eyes deck together and anyways both are very weak in my opionion(i used to play a red eyes deck and it sucked and my friend played a blue eyes deck and it kinda sucked
also NEVER EVER try to do too much at once you should choose to play a blue eyes, red eyes, or armed dragon deck (i would personally play a armed dragon deck
welcome to yugioh and i play magic and yugioh too

Well, I'll admit that Red-Eyes is pretty worthless with my present budget (no Black Skull Dragon, etc.). But (and here I'm just curious; I haven't been at the game long enough to know) what's wrong with mixing dragon types? It seems that you can use stuff like Witch of the Black Forest and Flute of Dragon Summoning on pretty much anything that falls into the category, for example.

Armed Dragons are pretty, cool, you're right. Unfortunately, on my present budget, I doubt I can afford three Armed Dragon LV7 and an extra LV3 and LV5. What would you recommend I do while I save for the really powerful cards?

Also, thanks for the welcome. What kind of deck do you run in Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic?

Smile Better Deck

Ur deck needs more good cards in every section (monsters, trap, spell)
You should add more 1900 att cards in ur deck (or 1800). You should try getting Armed Dragon LV7. Put dark hole in ur deck too. By the way u should staple some of ur cards.

I've reworked my deck a bit using some cards on hand. Still working on getting the Armed Lv7s and Tyrant:

Monsters:
2 Armed Dragon Lv3
2 Armed Dragon Lv5
1 Blue-Eyes White Dragon
1 Kaiser Sea Horse
1 Lord of D.
2 Luster Dragon
3 Masked Dragon
1 Mystic Tomato
1 Opticlops
1 Red-Eyes B. Chick
1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon
1 Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon
1 Spirit Ryu
1 The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave
1 Witch of the Black Forest

Spells:
1 Change of Heart
1 Dark Hole
1 Flute of Summoning Dragon
1 Heavy Storm
1 Megamorph
1 Monster Reborn
2 Nobleman of Crossout
1 Pot of Greed
1 Premature Burial
1 Snatch Steal
1 Stamping Destruction
1 Swords of Revealing Light

Traps:
1 Burst Breath
1 Call of the Haunted
1 D. Tribe
1 Dragon's Rage
1 Dust Tornado
1 Shadow Spell
1 Trap Hole

As you can see, I reworked my spells and traps somewhat, and put Bazoo out in favour of Spirit Ryu, since Spirit Ryu is a dragon and has a cost of use more consistent with my deck's large number of resurrections and searchers.

Here are some other cards I have I'm considering swapping into my deck:

Axe of Despair
Fairy Meteor Crush
Luster Dragon #2
Malevolent Nuzzler
Riryoku Field
Rush Recklessly
Seven Tools of the Bandit
Soul Exchange
The Graveyard in the Fourth Dimension

In a couple games I've played with another deck, I've found Fairy Meteor, Axe, Nuzzler, and Rush to be excellent cards in a pinch, but on the other hand, I don't want to kill some of the other good spells and traps I already have in the deck.
