first im going to give u some basic advice, keep the monsters at about 18.

ur traps are way off, u should have cards in there such as mirror force, ring of destruction, call of the haunted, torrential tribute.

spells are ok

You should aslo add Chaos Emperor sice its a Traditional deck.Plus your missing Premature and Harpys and aslo heavy you should check your deck again.

Now, if you want much more advice try posting this deck on the advanced deck section without monster reborn. More people look at those, so try that out. I have a few suggestions myself.

-Invader of Darkness (Ok, A double sac just for negating mst or book of moon. I don't exactly like it.)
-2 Shining Angels (Please explain what you want to summon with these?)
-7 completed (who do u want to equip it too, cyber jar? and if its for just jinzo, take it out for a mavolent nuzzuler and f you can get another try axe of despair. It seems as if you don't have that many cards so I will not suggest many rare cards to get.)

+1 Magician of Faith
+1 Airnight (if you can get one)
+1 Book of moon (if again, you can get one)

I could probably find so many more things to tell you but I don't have that much time. Below are cards to take out if you can get better ones:

-Drop Off (not great, only for hand disruption)

-3 Homunculus the Alchemic Being (why an 1800 when you could have 1900 Gemini's or a sometimes 2000 blade knight, its not that good. Remember these suggestions are for when you get better cards to add in)

-Luminous Spark
-Thunder Nyan Nyan
-Dark Jeroid
-Drillago

Try these suggestions.

the shining angels are a stall/grave loader

you can let them kill one, and get a dd or another angel, it also puts more lights in ur graveyard

if you play without ban you should put also change of and all the other stespells

or
+ choas emperor dragon

Definitely you need to fine tune your traps.

the traps need to be fixed and so do the monsters. Remember that homoculous's effect doen't work in the graveyard, so don't bother. Also Nyan Nyan is bad in this deck. Shining angels will only be good if you add D.D. warior ladies and things along those lines. Dark Jeroid is horrible and Invader isn't even worth it. if you use 7 completed for jinzo, then instead use an amplifier, because at least it makes you're traps work. Take out a chaos sorcerer (one is enough).

now you should add in night assailants, tribe infecting virus and sinister serpent. Also, you may want to add a freed the matchless general and one more magician of faith.
