Personally, Pynk, I'd go with the Umbreon, Vamporeon/Glaceon, and Leafeon Eevee deck. Umbreon for the no Retreat Cost (or Espeon for no Weakness), Vaporeon/Glaceon so you can have 2 different types of attacks and effects (Also Glaceon is a Lv. X!), and Leafeon just for the level X and some attacks to speed up energy production with its PokePower. (Allowing you to play 2 energies a turn!)
I'd definitely just drop the Electrode considering you dont have any Voltorbs...(?) You wont need Uxie if you're running Volkner's, but some people will say to keep it in. I personally wouldn't count on it too much considering it takes up a spot on your bench for your techs. Drop the switches (Cause you'll have Umbreon's PokePower), 2 Poke-Rescues, Vs Seeker, and the Cynthias. Here is what the deck could look like:
Pokemon (19)
4 Eevee
2 Umbreon
1 Vaporeon
2 Glaceon
2 Leafeon
2 Baltoy
2 Claydol
4 Sableye (Overconfident)
Trainers (15)
4 Energy Search
4 Rare Candy
2 Great Ball
2 Premier Ball
2 Pokemon Rescue
1 Luxury Ball
Supporter (10)
4 Bebe's Search
4 Roseanne's Research
2 Volkner's Philosophy
Stadium (4)
2 Broken Time-Space
2 Dawn Stadium
Energy (12)
4 Dark
2 Special Dark
6 Water
Everything here should work out and play pretty fast in my opinion. If you can start out with the Broken Time-Space to evolve your Baltoys and Eevees. Then once you have the appropriate Pokemon in play, you can play the Dawn Stadium to keep your Water and Grass Pokemon healing for each Energy you attach (And as a bonus it removes all status conditions, too!) Umbreon for the free retreat, Leafeon Lv. X for the Energy production, and then you can just whomp on your opponent if you get everything out fast enough. Give it a try!
Hope this helps... If you'd rather stick with the original 3, let me know and I'll do my best to switch this around to fit your play style.
