I don't know much about the first two, but the second two I have much knowledge, having read many comics and Magic books.
I really don't see how anyone could defeat Urza unless it was another Planeswalker. Urza has access to oodles and oodles of Magic from throughout the Magic universe. And, I imagine, he only really needs one spell against each of these spellcasters-Counterspell. Even though both magicians have been able to travel throughout different worlds, or at least make contact with many, Urza's overall might is significantly higher than Dr. Strange's. And if both had to resort to help form Allies, I'm sure Urza would win by being able to summon or call for help any creature or person in Magic's existence.

Palpatine or Daigotsu.
Urza or Strange.
Well, in the second match up, I'm going with Strange. Its close either way, but I like the way Strange dresses.
The first. I'm leaning towards palpatine and will probably vote that way unless someone can convince me that my beloved Big D is more bad***'d than the Imperial Sith.

So, actually knowing all of these characters will allow me to give people a bit of insight into these.
DAIGOTSU vs PALPATINE
Daigotsu: Able to cast any magic spell available to the spellcasters of his realm. One of the greater swordsman to ever live. Able to teleport out of his body to take control of a Demon and use it to fight for him. Able to see from the eyes of any demon he has seen before.
As a child, he was thrown into Hell with a ritual and survived long enough for the god of Hell to place a blessing upon him, the only being to have ever been bestowed with such a blessing that was not part of a item.
Palpatine: Use the force, great light saber fighter, able to summon the imperial armada.
Palpatine carefully maneuvered himself into a position of trust in the galactic senate, and then named himself emperor.
In a one on one fight, I would have to give this one to Daigotsu, simply because of the amount of raw power he can throw down. When Palpatine throws lightning, Daigotsu would just drop a acre of plasma on him. I don't mean like, blood plasma, I mean stuff so hot it is beyond a gas. If we took armies into account, Palpatine would win because of his spacecraft. However, I do believe we are suppossed to be doing this as a one on one fight.
URZA vs DR STRANGE
I don't need to get into this one, because putting Urza into this contest is unfair...

C'mon!
It's MAGE MONTH
Mage ya'know...
Palpatine is not a Mage!
The Emperor is a Sith Master... and in question only have the Force (IF, and it's a BIG if, he had, but if I recall correctly, he don't, the Spellcaster Feat (Hero's Guide p.46)) and Sith Sorcery with a little Sith Alchemy... and a weak and old, rotten body. [And even Darth Vader... the wounded, exhusted, near death state Dart Vader can kill him...]
Sith Sorcery vs. Daigotsu's arsenal of spells?
Somebody gonna need a new clone body after the fight...
Vote for Big D! Vote for Big D! Vote for Big D!

Just throw Palpatine over a balcony, that's all Daigotsu would need to do.

Because I want to see the ultimate, purely CCG, grudge-match-of-the-century in the final:
Daigotsu beats Palpatine:
"I built a balcony overlooking the Festering Pit of Fu Leng just for the occasion." -- Daigotsu
Urza beats Strange:
"I invoke the power of Agmatto to... WTF? SENGIR VAMPIRE?!?" *CHOMP!* -- last words of Dr. Stephen Strange

I think diagotsu obviosuly wins, becaseu the worst Palpatine could do is kill him. We know how well that works on Daigotsu. Meanwhile, Palpatine is all dark sided out. Meaning he's tainted.
Meaning Daigotru can put a dress on im, for he is Big d's property.

It's been mentioned in the Mage Month intro that a "tournament setting" like these matches is different than a confrontation with all allies available. With that in mind, Dagotsu would mulch Palpatine going mano a mano. Available spells far outstrip available force tricks in power and versatility.
Also, Urza is a planeswalker. Do we really need to repeat this? He wins.
