Custom Dial/Base Maker?

I have been making awesome custom heroclix for about a month now. And I can't find any way to make the dials. People have said that there were the programs but I can't find them, can someone please help me out! It's pathetic I have been dieing to put these guys to use, but they don't have stats! GrrRRRrRrrrrrR. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME FIND A STUPID PROGRAM TO MAKE DIALS! Please, again. Also, please feel free to post links to pics of your customs, i love seeing custom, theyre awesome. ok well im done blabbing on now.

hey sundown, umm i dont really understand the site fully. i needa make my own stats and stuff, and that site just kinda confused me, but really, thanks for helpin out.

You can make your own stats and dials there. I then re-size them and print them out. I'm sure if you fool around with it some more you'll get it!

GOSH!! I got into the site, but it keeps sayin server error, i made a dial, but when i tried to click the thing so itd show me the pic, it messed up, oh well ill try again later. thnx

This is the site I used to use. It's pretty old and I don't think it has been updated so I don't think all of the powers/TAs are there.
