Ghost Quarter is a pretty good card which not many players use. Couple it with Shadow of Doubt and it gets even better. (Sorry about going off-topic in the following sentence) The latter has also seen limited play in Vintage, where I believe it could be very useful what with all those tutors, the newest of which is Infernal Tutor running around.

I also like Dimir Cutpurse, a card which had so much hype surrounding it after Ravnica took the stage, but then petered out very quickly and hardly saw play. A deck with cards like Writ of Passage, Dimir Cutpurse and obviously Jitte, along with tutors, counters, bounce, creature hate and draw would work quite well.

I will name other decent cards when I see them.

yeah for real, whatever happened to cutpurse? there aint nothing wrong with that guy. he's just busted. sure, he doesnt have evasion, but what if he did? he'd warp the format.
a friend of mine made a deck with ninjas, cutpurse, and Levitation. was extremely effective o.O.

Do you remember that Red/White Jank deck that was winning Kamigawa block tourneys on the strength of Path of Anger's Flame? http://forum.tcgplayer.com/showthread.php?t=28880 <That's the thread

Well, Rally the Righteous is better. It does crazy things with several already strong cards. Promise of Bunrei is obvious, but Ghazi-glare is a little less obvious, and it's a GREAT card in BDW. Very underplayed.

does anybody thinks that those cards could fit a UWB deck with dimir house guard to transmute 4 mana cards?
    1 drops???
    condemn
    spell snare
    blackmail
    2 drops
    rune snag..
a mix of signets (dimir, orzhov, azorius)

I wish raybomb had been more specific in his post; almost no coldsnap cards have been mentioned, and those that have been have been talked to death (along with Into the North, scying sheets, and mouth of ronom, which are obviously good but nobody here mentioned).

The coldsnap card I'm most surprised to see nobody talking about is Gelid Shackles. I think people are distracted by the how badly the activated ability sucks to realize how good the vanilla enchantment is. In most cases, it's swords to plowshares without the lifegain.
