    b/c wizards are the gay...
team standarded created a situation where **** was shuffled... and the fact that ravnica is like half a block in terms of any given block deck...

I only plan to play Block and some limited over the next few months. I'm just getting back into Magic, and have nothing from the last block. I don't want to invest in the cards, when they rotate out in like 2-3 months.

Hehe I was royally screwed, too. I came back to magic promising that I'll stop making timmy decks and be more spike-ish. So I quickly built a Got Rice-Bat deck which costs like 24 shocklands. Then this happens.

Sigh... now I'm stuck with a tier 3 type 2 deck that could have been 2 ghost husk decks... Looks like I'm back to breeding parakeets until kamigheywa rotates out.

    btw, when exactly?

I think it's usually October when the blocks rotate out. I could be wrong considering i've been away so long.

You could try breeding parakeets, too. For every 2 pairs you sell, you could buy a pithing needle.

Try this on the Decision-Makers of Hasbro's brains

It's pretty simple. Draft makes more money for Wizards than Block. They don't care about Constructed Players. All they care about is the bottom line, so to hell with one of the most beloved formats of every year.

They'll make even more money if they can stop printing the actual cardboard and convince us all to buy Virtual cards on-line. Don't think they're not trying. Think of the cost savings! Woot!

You knew stuff like this was coming when Hasbro took over. First, the thinning of the cards starting with Scourge, then the washed out colors (save on ink!).

    Now this. Is nothing sacred?

    Nope.
