for starters, 4 Lyzolda, not 3. She'll never be a dead card for 2 reasons:

    1) Huge Kill-Me sign painted on her +1 toughness means that your opponent will kill her, if at all possible.

    2) can sac to herself for a 2cc cantrip shock, after attacking if need be, to make room for her newly drawn replica. . .

On top of that, she's clearly an awesome card, one of the best 3 drops in a format with a bunch of good 3 drops.

    +1 Lyzolda
    -1 Char?

nah keep char. -1 hellhole rats. I think they're too high on the rakdos curve anyway.

edit, I think this deck will be very good. The ability to line up Bob, Terry, and Lyzolda, alone makes for a great rakdos party, before we even start talking about all the other nasty things.

I'd take out all 4 hellhole rats, the haste doesn't make up for lack of evasion I think. I'd replace with better early game discard to back up your Falls - I think a good choice here might be cry of contrition because A) its cheap, B) you are going to be saccing things, and C) nabbing 2 cards sets up your Fall better than any other discard in the format, which grabs 1 but can't get lands.

The thing about Hellhole Rats is that it causes damage, and by the time you play it chances are the opponent wont have a land to discard. The potential to hit something expensive makes me want to keep it. For now I'll replace them with Cry of Contrition, but I'll keep the rats in mind.

Edit: And something else I considered was Psychotic Fury instead of Char. It's cheaper, can target almost every creature in the deck, replaces itself, and loves the Jitte. On the other hand, Char is Char, spot removal is gud, and so is 4 to the dome. On the other other hand, are you letting them have a hand enough to let them play what you're going to Char?

Here's my actual version of BR aggro:

    4 plagued Rusalka
    4 ravenous rats
    4 rakdos guildmage
    4 DC
    4 Lyzolda

    4 jitte

    4 seal of fire
    4 rise/fall
    4 hammer
    4 char

    4 Blood crypt
    4 sulfurous springs
    5 swamp
    5 mountain
    1 shizo
    1 shinka

    SB
    4 cranial/brain pry
    4 needle
    4 hearth kami
    3 fotbh/blood moon

The differences compered to Arcanius list:

Scorched Rusalka out, plagued rusalka in. This gives a better early game against aggro. For the lategame "burn" we have lyzolda (very nice with goblin tokens from the guildmage) which makes 2 damage instead of 1 (ok, only with red creatures but the black help to draw into burn).

Hellhole rats out, ravenous rats in. Same card advantage 2 turns earlier. Cry of contrition is also nice in this spot (Maybe another 1 drop needed to cosistantly play it turn 2 hunting a creature).

Rakdos augermage out, volcanic Hammer in. Jin was broke, but the actual version of Terry's card is not so hot anymore IMO. Jin could come down turn 2 and activate his discard the same turn. Now you play him turn 3 and activate him turn 4, almost like hypie. But I'm open for discussion about the usefulness of this card.

+1 Jitte, +1 Lyzolda, -2 rix maadi. The 2 most broke cards of the deck are must 4of IMO. With the low mana curve and the draw engines 20 lands should make it.

    Other cards to discuss:

    Genju of the spires
    Brain pry
    Shortfang
    Squealing devil

Hellhole rats is quite solid, but I would drop to 3 for the sake of the mana cost. Antisynergy with itself since a second will rarely be as effective as the first.

I agree with the above posts that B/R is gonna be definitely played. Lyzolda is too good of a card NOT to be played. She is a little light in the feathers (3/1) but the potential to wipe the board clean with her is too good to pass up. With that here is what I have came up with so far......

    4 Plagued Rusalka
    4 Festering Goblin
    4 Dark Confidant
    4 Ravenous Rats
    3 Gobhobbler Rats
    4 Nantuko Husk
    3 Lyzolda The Blood Witch

    3 Gravepact
    4 Umezawa's Jitte
4 Char/Flames of The Blood Hand

    4 Blood Crypt
    4 Sulfurous Springs
    2 Rakdos Carnarium
    1 Shizo Deaths Storehouse
    6 Swamp
    6 Mountain

Land base still needs work and havent even gathered to think about SB yet. Still testing vs everything pre SB anyways.....

    Open up for comments,complaints,etc........

Here's my version for the deck. I run a little less creatures for more burn.

    4 Sulfurous Springs
    10 Mountain
    8 Swamp

    4 Lyzolda
    4 Dark Confidant
    4 Gobhobbler Rats
    4 Rakdos Guildmage
    4 Drekavac

    4 Rise//Fall
    4 Char
    4 Seal of Fire
    3 Shock
    3 Volcanic Hammer

Drekavac is a really nice card in this deck. I originally played 4 Ravenous Rats but cut them so I would have more of a chance to play the Drekavac. The rest is quite obvious, I prefer to have a lot more burn than most people to deal with the mirror, and just because I like burn Guildmage has 2 excellent abilities, and the Rats are there just because of Lyzolda, but Hellbent is possible.

( Just got back drom the prerelease. Did 3 drafts, 2 Rakdos and 1 Simic. Won 10 boosters, and managed to get a good load of the uncommons and commons for the deck. I managed to get 3 Rise//Fall, 1 foil. In my prizes I opened 2 Lyzolda, but I think it was fair, as I didn't open anything valuable in the drafts. In total I opened 19 boosters, and got no duels!)
