Strategy:
This probably looks like many of my other decks. However, this one is a bit more focused and bit more tweaked to the overall metagame.
Jumpluff- In my opinion, this is by far the most versatile card in the format. It attacks for one energy, has free retreat, resistance to Ludicolo, and Buffer. Also, some cards played in this format are weak to grass such as Dark Tyranitar and Marowak.
Xatu- The best tech against any T2 Disruption deck. It resists fighting which helps against Hariyama (although it does hurt against Medicham) and has free retreat so Muk does a max of 50 with Team Aqua's Hideout in play. It is also obviously a psychic so all of the T2 Disruption cards are weak to it. It attacks for one energy (a DRE) so an Energy Removal 2 cannot completely shut it down. All you have to do is force them to play a stadium and then you do 100-120 damage depending on whether DRE was used or not.
Breloom- A hard choice over many other fighting stage 1's. Medicham (Chakra Points) was not used because it is too easy to play around Chakra Points. Many good players will just play out their hand as much as they can. Marowak was not used because this deck has difficulty getting enough pokes into the discard, much less 7 of them. Rhydon was not used because of its 2 retreat and the fact that it doesn't do a solid 70 against some popular fighting weak cards such as Spinning Tail Tyranitar and Metagross ex. Breloom however, does do a solid 70 when needed and can ko Sparces on the first turn with a Multi. It also has a reasonable retreat cost and a decent basic (can put to sleep).
Plusle- I really like this card over Dunsparce in decks that run electric energies. It really hampers decks such as Ludicargo, Blaziken, and Dragonite that pretty much rely on 4-6 pokemon with powers in play. It also puts widespread cards such as Pidgeot and Magcargo on a countdown. Its 60 HP is also a huge advantage over Dunsparce.
Milotic ex- Although it does not completely ensure a win against a well-built and well-played Rocklock, it does give me a solid chance to win. It is also nice tech against teched Rocks that would also completely destroy me. Milotic is also a solid attacker that pretty much gives me the win against Blaziken.
Zapdos ex- A nice card for several reasons. Electric weakness is seen a lot nowadays and Zapdos is by far the easiest electric pokemon to use as it is a basic and pretty much powers itself up. It can also come as a quick surprise.

This sounds like a dumb question, but which jirachi are you using? I honestly can't tell...
-
I'm using the Deoxys Jirachi. Much better than Hidden Legends.
-
I guess that should have been fairly obvious... It's just so odd seeing it played without 3 more copies in the deck.
Anyway, the deck looks good, although I personally might want a second scramble at the price of, say, a basic energy.
-
Why Desert ruins when you have Zapdos ex and Milotic ex in the deck? It will damage both cards.
-
He also has rock with milotic. They're not all necessarily meant to be used at the same time.
-
I know that, but Ruins can be out for a long time during the game. Rock is only used once for the game while ruins is in many times.
-
You don't need ruins for most of the cards milotic and zapdos are there to counter.
-
I agree, but there are going to be times where you need Zapdos/Milotic and ruins and that can really hurt. So I think it would be good to get rid of one ruins and add another stadium just incase.
-
Well, in any event, and unfortunately, it didn't work out for Jordan.
