I really love this card. I was first captivated by the artwork; it's simply terrifying and beautiful and awesome at the same time! Now, as for the playability, a 4/4 for four mana is awesome, and then not only is it a "scavenging lord", but it works well with undying as well. I think he will see play as long as the scavenging cards stay decent. Already I am working on a deck with Strangleroot Geist, Geralf's Messanger, and Dreg Mangler.

Also, this is the Gogari Prerelease card, so prepare yourselves!

this guy with undying creatires, sure. wait. it works with unleash? cool. so my Olivia Voldaren gets +2/+2 when pinging? awesome. and my aristocrat gets +2/+2 when it eats a human? its time to built jund.

Making an B/U/G deck using this guy, Increasing Savagry, the new Scavenger Mechanic, and Invisible Stalker. I love the BUG colour scheme and with the shocklands confirmed and Gates, any colour pattern has no problems.
