Most of your stuff is really expensive and you have very little mana acceleration. You might want to put in some cheap creature that produce mana, like Llanowar Elves.

Your deck is lacking in inexpensive creatures. By the time you have enough mana available to cast the rest, you'll be dead. Do the Llanowar Elves as suggested, and maybe try Skinshifter. 1 green, 1 uncolored for a very versatile creature that can be an effective attacker or blocker. Also, when dealing with cards like Avoid Fate, look for a card that does the same thing that has a bonus effect. There are cards that do stuff like destroy an artifact and gain life equal to the casting cost... stuff that has a secondary effect is going to be mor ebenficial to you. And in any red/green deck, Rootbound Crag is a great nonbasic land to have.

I'm not terribly experienced myself, but it seems to me your deck relies on on attacking and doesn't have a secondary strategy. You might want to look into slipping in a few things here and there to give you more ways to get ahead.
