G/W Phytohydra Deck, would love feedback!

Just a deck for having some fun with friends, I'd appreciate any help/suggestions you guys could give, thanks! The 2 main ideas I was going around on this deck was getting Pariah on Phytohydra and having the Kitchen Finks/Heartmender combo for life.

I'm no expert, but you might consider using Protean Hydra as well. It's overall effect is similar to Phytohydra, but it costs less to cast initially.

also, Pariah's Shield does the same thing as Pariah, but it's an equipment so it stays on the field if your creature is destroyed, which could let you get more mileage out of it.

I feel like graft creatures such as Simic Initiate and Aquastrand Spider could be really useful here with regards to making your Persist creatures stay around longer.
