ive used this deck since galactic overlord came out not after Wilson Tsang did his deck strategy (our decks are completely diff anyway) any suggestions or anything

King Tiger Wanghu works well against most of the widey-used decks but you don't want to get him against the Chaos Dragon matchup. It stays in the Side for me. Also take out one of each Horn of the Phantom Beast and Compulsory Evacuation Device. Tour Guide maxed out along with Sangan is almost in every deck for obvious reasons and it could fit there.

If Raioh doesn't work well for you, try Effect Veilers. And something else, can you give me a link to Tsang's deck ? If I remember right he has participated in more than one YCSes.
