    Oh, my bad, I misread, thought it couldn't be destroyed by battle.
    Now, I'm not so sure, if it attacks directly, that's 2800 damage, which is pretty big.
    And then, decreasing an opponent's monster's atk by 1400 is also pretty significant.
    Still maybe a little broken.

    Yeah, it would pack a wallop, and it's designed to be mainly effective in some of the new WATER-type archetypes and decks coming up in the next few months. But by battle, I think he's pretty easy to take care of with most builds. He's really only very powerful/OP'd in a few select strategies (possibly using Atlantean Dragon Riders coming out soon).
