So recently i have been running a Rage extractor deck but i cant get my mana base, ive tried all sorts of things but i end up being colour screwed/flooded or mana screwed/flooded. Ive never been good at creating mana bases, so what would you run for this deck?

4 Phyrexian Metamorph
4 Porcelain Legionnaire
3 Slash Panther
4 Vault Skirge

4 Dispatch
4 Galvanic Blast
4 Tezzeret's Gambit

4 Rage Extractor
4 Sphere of the suns


What do you think? Can it have a stable mana base? and of course any general comments?
