Tamiyo deck
In my Avacyn Restored fat pack, I got Tamiyo, the Moon Sage. I don't know if these forums have her archived yet, so let me list her abilities for anyone who doesn't know. She's a blue Planeswalker.
+1: Tap target permanent. It doesn't untap during its controller's next end step
-2: Draw a card for each tapped creature target player controls.
-8: You get an emblem with "You have no maximum hand size" and "Whenever a card is put into your graveyard from anywhere, you may return it to your hand."
In my year of playing Magic, she is the first Planeswalker I've EVER gotten. I really want to use her. The problem is I don't know how. It would be hilarious to put her in a blue deck that just taps everything just to troll people, but that's not how you win. I know I could put her in a mill deck based around Jace's Erasure and that would be fun too, but my group already plays with lots of mill. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hmmm. Cards that care about tapped stuff...a few come to mind, namely Palliation Accord, Assassinate, Gideon's Avenger and Royal Assassin.
You could also try some kind of UW Merfolk list with cards like Surge Spanner, Judge of Currents, and Stonybrook Schoolmaster. Not sure what you want to do with it though.

I don't know either. That's the problem. I really don't know how best to utilize her. I don't know what to do with her other than a mill deck.
Also, I just realized there's totally a sub-forum that would have made more sense for this sort of thread. Oh well. I'm new.

I would recommend putting it into a girxis deck with plenty of Royal Assassin, Shock, Bump in the Night, and the counters. The way to go would be to use it in conjunction with Royal Assassin until you can get that emblem out, and then you just Shock and Bump in the Night them to death since you can just keep reusing them.

That would be hilarious! It would also be one of the most irritating ways to lose ever. Plink plink plink *15 minutes later* okay, you're dead now.

Tamiyo's Ultimate + Infernal Plunge + Goblin Arsonist or Perilous Myr = win the turn her ultimate goes off so long as you have one mountain untapped.

If you only have the one Tamiyo, then your best bet is probably to use her as a tool in a deck with another strategy, rather than try to build around her. EatMeReturns suggested a combo that works, but if you only have one Tamiyo and you don't draw it, or you draw it and they counter it, kill it, steal it, etc., then your combo pieces are essentially useless because you have no way to reset. But she would fit well into a control deck where she's just another tool to help you gain or maintain control over the board.

I would try Gideon's Avenger, Royal Assassin, Frost Breath, and keep her around for a fancy tap-and-draw card. It's like Benobi said, no use building around her with only one. While you're black, white, and blue, might as well toss in dungeon geists, lingering souls, and drogskol captain. It's like spirits with some extra drawing and tapping power... But then everything's a 3-4-5 drop... Maybe Sphere of the Suns, Mana Leak, Think Twice, Ponder, and/or Doomed Traveler. She'll be nice in any control deck just to keep a Cavern of Souls tapped out anyway.
