Alternate Brain Freeze

Hi, I'm looking to make a decent T1 Brain Freeze deck using what I have (small, cheap additions are fine too). Cunning Wish would be good, but I'm not exactly sure how I should put a sideboard together for that. As for Force of Will - probably not going to happen.

I've seen a handful of decks that use Cloud of Faeries / High Tide but I don't have nearly enough of either one right now and I figured that this would be as good.

As for lands, not sure what I should try for. I suppose some wastelands would be useful.

This is what I'm looking at so far:

4 - Ornithopter
2 - Phyrexian Walker * OR Shield Sphere [0 cost 0/6 wall - Alliances C]

Instants-14
2 - Curfew (Blue C instant)
4 - Counterspell
2 - Brain Freeze
2 - Repulse
4 - Cunning Wish

Sorceries-5
1 - Merchant Scroll
4 - Fabricate

Artifacts-11
4 - Isochron Scepter
4 - Sensei's Divining Top
3 - Lightning Greaves (U Artifact - Mirrodin)

Enchantments-3
3 - Cowardice (Blue R Enchantment - 8th, MM)

21 - Island

Total - 60 cards

Strategy:
A)
1. Get ornithopthor, Greaves, Cowardice - stall with counterspells, Repulse, and curfews (imprint on sceptre)
2. equip greaves on orni (it returns)
3. Re-Play orni
4. repeat 2 & 3 until you get enough storms
5. Brain Freeze

B)
1. Get Cloudstone Curio, Ornithopter - stall with Cspells and curfews
2. When you play an orni, return an orni
5. Brain Freeze

Edit: I found a Cunning Wish, hopefully I can get a few more for cheap. What should I take out for 4x of them? Also, my sideboard is looking like this so far:
1 - Brain Freeze
2 - Terminate (creature removal VIA scepter)
1 - Hull Breach (artifact AND/OR enchantment removal)
1 - Heroes Reunion (keep me alive just in case)
1 - Aura Graft (maybe take out for another breach?)
1 - Flash Counter
1 - Red Elemental Blast
1 - Gainsay
1 - Memory Lapse
1 - Confound
1 - Dawn Charm (prevent combat damage or counter spells that target me? Yes please.)
1 - Lat-Nam's Legacy (scepter combo)
1 - Inspiration (early card advantage)
1 - Opportunity (late CA)

Any thoughts/edits? I need to cut it down to maybe 38 cards maindeck, add in the 4 Cunning Wishes, and maybe get some nonbasic lands in there. I like the sideboard but I'm not sure if it could get better.

Edit:
I guess Mind's Desire is Banned in Legacy. Cloudstone Curio won't work with the artifact creatures either... I suppose I could Remove them and replace with Sensei's Divining Top (if I get 2, I can bounce them between being in play and on my deck)
