need help changing my human deck

Hey guys i have a W/U human deck but i would like to convert to a G/W human deck but i also want to keep the blue because i love the counter that i have.

my deck is preaty good as i have went 4-0 in the last 3 week of FNM but i want to try something diffrent please tell me what i should take out to put in green and tell me what i should put in for it i have 5 Gavony Townships so i was thinking about 3 of thoughs and mayors i am just not sure how many please leave feed back! thank you
