Players can not add more than four mana to their mana pools. (Additional mana generated is immediately emptied from a player's mana pool.)

The game ends when this hits the field. Think about it...

Anyways, it doesn't matter cuz it's been done a million times. i'm starting to have an idea though that sums them all up:

Players can't add more than 1- 6 mana at random to their mana pools each turn.

Interesting idea, though I can't say I'd enjoy playing with it. I wonder if this would/should be worded differently - for instance, is it functionally any different than a Gaddock Teeg that hits creatures but lets you cast Blaze for X=3? (infinite mana combos will still add infinite mana, and multiple-spells-per-turn will simply be cast without floating all the mana at once, etc.)

    Probably because of Limited Resources.

I was going on Mana Short for color. Though white would work better.
