So im new here and just getting back into the swing yugioh and after seeing what has become of the game know that my old decks have no chance of pulling out any wins against well crafterd new decks (competitive or casual) and decided that i wanted to work on making a spell counter deck. While if possible i would like it to be able to stand in a competitive setting if theres no good way of doing that i will not give up on the idea.
Anywho the main thing I was curios about were what tuners, synchros, and xyz i should run along with what i should put in my extra deck but i would still greatly aprieciated suggestions foe the main deck as well.

As a small side note i would appreciate if we kept to mostly level 2 and 3 tuner and as such level 6 and 7 synchros but if it would be a major improvement in the deck im up for anything.
