What happened to the blogs?

I'm a little bit confused by the announcement a month ago about the blogs being moved to the forums (http://www.tcgplayer.com/db/article.asp?ID=2809). Is there still a blog section (now here in the forums), or am I misunderstanding what happened to the blogs?

See up in the corner by the TCGplayer logo, there is a drop down menu showing "the TCgplayer Network" as it's current dropdown option? Clock on the drop down and go 5 down from that current link, it's the link to the blogs. Alternately, I believe you still can get tot he blogs using the yugioh TCg home page on the side bar menu.

EDIT: That's odd, neither of the links are working for me now. They were working before as of like 2 days ago.

Ever since the announcement, the links have been redirecting me to the forums.

Around that time, one month ago, the forums got updated.
In order to update them, at least one (if not more) features had to be removed, such as the iTrader scoring system. Since it was causing security issues with the coding.

It may be the case that they had to take down to blogs for the same reason.
Though I don't know for sure that that is what happened.

That may be the case....but they would mention if they were dropping thme entirely, so I think they may still be trying to re-add them back to the forums.

Update: The blog system was taken down indefinitely because it was a magnet for mass spam across the board. It will probably be hosted externally in a way it can be monitored properly, but this spans to a later date.
