This is what I've read from the small text so far...
Hieratic Seal of the Dragon King (Light attribute)
6 Star Dragon/Gemini monster
GAOV-EN082
This card is treated as a normal monster while faceup on the field or in the graveyard. While this card is faceup on the field, you can normal summon it to have it become an effect monster with this effect
- You can tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Hieratic" monster, except "Hieratic Seal of the Dragon King", from your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.
Seems... pretty bad, doesn't really bring much to the plate for Hieratics. And it'll eat up a normal summon for its effects. Supervise is too much of a hand constraint (and too few targets, really) to run it in this deck. Hell, with only one week of actually building and playing Hieratics on Dueling Network, hand problems are KILLING me inside. Gozen Match is helping a little in non-turbo builds, but I just can't seem to keep up with meta.
Say, why doesn't someone change the thread name to Hieratics? It's the official TCG name after all. :P

gemini is gross and i'm not surprised. without an effect to treat it as a normal in the deck, it's never going to be as fast as running vanillas. seal from the ashes, unsurprisingly, is also pretty weak
@zephyrtiger: you absolutely run only one of each normal, the deck has a hard enough time drawing well as it is and it makes you more vulnerable to the random chain dis on your vanillas (although see kotu's point on chain dis)

Same article, different card.
Hieratic Seal From the Ashes
Continuous Trap
Once per turn, during your opponent's turn: You can send 1 "Hieratic" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during your turn: You can target 1 of your banished "Hieratic" monsters; return that target to the Graveyard. When this face-up card on the field is sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 "Hieratic" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.
So...more or less what what was expected from the preview. I suppose you could activate it in response to MST, use its effect to dump a Hieratic, and then Special Summon that monster when the Seal is destroyed.
Team Underworld - You can't beat 'em, and you sure as hell can't join 'em!

you can prob find them on shriek's most recent tournament result lists.
as for what ritual decks can use hieratics effectively... there's only one effective ritual deck consistent enough to do the job that exists, and it's called gishki 8D
no but seriously gishki is a pretty solid ritual engine since it's focused. compare that to "engines" like the djinn of rituals or manju/senju - the whole reason gishki is reliable is because it's the first ritual system ever to have an entire archetype's worth of support and firepower behind it (sorry herald does not count as an archetype). conversely with no other real ritual archetype out there, you won't find anything that compares. the entire archetype builds towards rituals so it's reasonably reliable. you're not going to find any other "engine" for rituals. gishki is actually really consistent (although it lacks power. needs a good boss and none of the rituals so far can fulfill the job), but adding hieratics to the mix will royally murder that consistency, no surprise there.

Gishki are the first true Ritual Archetype, but there exist some Ritual Monsters that fall into other Archetypes with Chaos (Demise, King of Armageddon, Ruin, Queen of Oblivion, Divine Grace - Northwemko, Garlandolf, King of Destruction) and the Herald of ___ Lights getting a Boss monster (Herald of Perfection).
