Now it's basically good, but not competitive. You will need to think it again for the new versions.

Since Order of Chaos is out, one need to really consider putting copies (and 3 of them) of Effect Veiler and Maxx "C". The second is too high priced though.
Before that, on top of playing Molten Destruction, Burden of the Mighty was on hell of a card to get your opponent down while making your dinosaurs nearly unbeatable. But the current plays shows that a lot of xyz monsters can be summoned pretty easily, plus they are no more affected by those "level" cards. So instead, focusing on three Forbidden Lance can be neat.

Also, some Jurracs really aren't worth the time. While it is good as it is, Jurrac Herra is not so sure to be played, but he can stay. On the other side, one has to choose between Jurrac Monoloph and Jurrac Dino. They don't do it together, and since Jurrac Dino is so usefull, maybe putting the other aside would be an idea.

Finally, to run jurracs more quickly, Rekindling is the card you want. Just add Flamvell Firedog two or three times and one peculiar Flamvell Magician to put your three Rekindling to use and synchro Stardust Dragon or Scrap Dragon whenever you want. And believe me, Jurrac Velphito is not good. I love the design, but running just one Ally of Justice Catastor is far better.

And maybe Evolzar Laggia and Evolzar Dollka.
