Tcg patent enquiry for other tcg devs

I am making this post since I am curious how other Tcg indi devs have tackled patent issue owned by wizards of coast (magic the gathering creators) it seems that no matter what tcg we as devs make we still coul be very much taken to court. Please leave your input on this!

I hear you, I'm also an Indie Game Designer, currently working on 4 projects. But my main goal is to market my prototype as a LCG of sorts. Sorry I can't help but I fear that I may be falling into I will sue you trap. Only time will tell when I attempt to copyright my Game Systeme.
