I can see this being part of any Standard deck that likes graveyard shenanigans. Works pretty well with Ponder, too.

Definitely, not to mention you can mill your opponent, too, which could always be a nice thing from time to time. Especially if your playing with cards like Jace, Memory Adept.

3 mana for 3 cards?! yuk! I mean I understand that it's a free bonus and can't be too powerful, but even in a deck that wants to go gravedigging, that 3 mana means you're not doing anything much else that turn, and the 3 cards mean there's a good chance there won't be any goodies to go digging for.

This is the most niche of the lands, AND the worst at what it's trying to do.

Seems pretty narrow to me, and doesn't do anything, unlike the other utility lands. Dunno, we'll have to see if the mill/graveyard deck becomes a thing.

I don't mind it too much, probably because it fits so well into a The Mimeoplasm EDH deck.

It is the most narrow/weak on the surface...but you have to realize that this effect is also the most powerful by far. The others all play in what I would call "fair space" in that they just mess with dudes at a good but fair cost, nothing really breakable there. But in the right deck this kind of effect can be huge, essentially drawing you 1-2 cards every time you activate it. Will that deck exist? Who knows, but I can certainly see why they would be cautious with this one.

This card is extremely powerful in a Graveyard set. At absolute worst, its a mana giving land. However, it means that you can use surplus mana to mill players, making it essentially a super Millstone. Cards seen in Innistrad so far:
Cards with Flashback: 16, plus Snapcaster Mage
Other cards with Graveyard Synergy: 9
Some notables include Scaab Ruinator and Undead Alchemist
