Solemn Warning VS Monster Reborn
Ive had a problem with this. Many people and judges all disagree, some say yes and some say no.
If they play Monster Reborn, and i say 'Target', after they have declared their target, am i allowed to play Solemn Warning?
Yes or No? (I would E-Mail Konami but cant find link)

Gee, it seems like I just answered this elsewhere. Are you looking for a second opinion?
The player must declare the target at activation, then you can decide whether or not to chain Solemn Warning.
(Surprising that you made the same typo in both. re-read your question. Is that really what you meant to ask. lol :-) )

Yes lol. I just wanted to see if people disagree or not. If even 1 does then i will find a way to email Konami :@ Also wheres the typo? (I copy and pasted it)
