    Default Dragunity, a Meta contender?

Hi. Iv'e just got back into yugioh from a 9 moth break. While I was still playing yugioh, I cam across the dragunity drive structure deck. I looked around the site to and saw some forums saying that dragunity's might be the new meta after the march ban list, along with Six Samurai's. But it never released in america. Now that im back I found out online that they are releasing in america in march. So I was just wondering, do you think dragunitys can become a great tier like machina gadgets

Dragunity will be played with for a little while by players with a strict budget, but in reality, the next format is going to be dominated by OTKs unless stated otherwise by the next forbidden list.

Can a mod please edit the title, a deck cannot be ''a metagame''.

On topic, Dragunities are gonna be decent but that's about it, unless as stated before Banlist takes care of the upcoming format or someone is able to find the right formula to unleash the Trident OTK on a constant basis, which is very unlikely to happen.

    Wink I have hope.

I will have to disagree with the last two. I think that dragunitys will stand a good chance at being a meta contedor so long as the march ban list hits some other decks like quickdraw plants and six sam's. I think that the build will stand up to sabers so long as the player knows what he is doing. The recycle ability to equip and un-equip out of grave looks great. Then running some other support like Release Restraint Wave and some good Trap Stun ability the deck stands a chance. If not as a strait dragunity build it will show up with Blackwings and then so long as the field spell doesn't get changed decks like Disaster Dragons or Hopeless builds will love throwing a dragon to grave. So either way it wont be a bad structure deck to mess with and try to find some good combs with. Just like Scap builds, flamevell and Strait naturia i think people will dismiss the deck to easily.

Dragunity/BW build is great on paper, but can't be pulled off. Too many of the cards target Dragunity Winged Beast cards and not generic winged beasts. Unless there are new cards later released it is going to be a set on itself.

Your right the field spell from this deck looks great for Dragon decks. Gonna be awesome.
