I like him for his adding 2 mana ability, his +1/+1 ability... Well hell, I just like this guy. Maybe Merfolk have a chance in standard with this acting as a third lord?
What's that you say? Extended Merfolks can run 20 lords in a deck? Thank you Wizards.
This card can do so many things for so many different decks. I can't imagine anyone who doesn't want a playset.
You know a lord is good when...
...the "lord" effect isn't as good as one of its other abilities...
Generating artifact mana for having a blue creature is ridiculously strong. Plus, you can do it the turn this guy comes into play.
To thank the person who has helped make TCGplayer great.
Pens to Plowshares, the last blog of Riki Hayashi.
Too bad Lord of Atlantis is rotating leaving 16 but you know...nbd
Is it just me, or does this seem more mythicy than some of the other mythics in this set and previous sets?
(The mana ability is just insane, and the ability to make artifacts blue to use the mana ability is even better)

It's like a crappier Tolarian Academy for my EDH

The opponent wins! You have no house!
This guy will probably lead to combos.
Anything that gives positive mana like that should always be watched closely.
this is just great! but it could end on some banned/restricted lists
Oh man I so want to play Thada Adel with this guy xP
