Will Regeneration be good when so many creatures will have infect?

Wizards is trying to validate infect way to much. And so far Infect has been a black-only thing which is saddening. I'm hoping for some White weenies with it Leonin Alchemist type or something. I think Wizards is trying to step back from all the mid-range decks. The only problem is that they are turning it into an aggro format if they do that. I hate aggro formats .
Please wizards print something that moves posin counters around? Maybe "If you were to gain posin counters this turn your opponent gains them instead"?
Black is supposed to be able to dip in other colours of the colour pie, although usually they get draw backs or are supposed to when they do. Like higher cost for flying, the fact you can't win when you have Abyssal Persecutor on field, things like that. The flavour of black is "do what it takes to win"
Infect is supposed to be for phyrexians, which were always only black or artifact. This is why infect is black I believe.
actually phyrexia isnt only black this time around. they also have blue now judging from the symbols in the card textbox. and even though blue doesnt hav infect (so far) but they do hav indirect ways of making poison counters via proliferate, which so far ive only seen on blue and colorless cards so it could be a phyrexian exclusive ability aswell. But I do agree that infect is probably a black/colorless ability (ichorclaw myr being colorless) just like i believe proliferate will be a blue/colorless phyrexian only ability (thrumming bird (blue and phyrexian) steady progress (ditto) Contagion clasp (colorless/phyrexian))
