    Ultimatum
    Sorcery

    Look at the top seven cards of your library and put them back in any order, then reveal the top card of your library. Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature, where X is the converted mana cost of the revealed card, then Ultimatum deals damage to target opponent equal to the total number of +1/+1 counters among creatures you control.

    This one has the ability to outmatch Cruel Ultimatum

    Not really, it just does a lot of damage if you play creatures, but so does Titanic Ultimatum. Cruel Ultimatum is playable in creatureless decks.
