dunno if this is the right area to post this question, but its the best i could think up...

a while back on the magic main page they had an article that talked about the paragraph that they give to their artisits, and it had the description of 'captain of the watch' and the picture....

i cant remember what the article was called or how long ago it was, does anyone else know off hand, i just spent a half hour going through some of their archives, to no avail.
