Seems too good to me. Turn 3 or 4 I play this, they get a single card, then I can combo out next turn. It's essentially the same as as sorcery that says "Target player searches his or her library for a card and puts it into his or her hand. At the beginning of your next main phase, you most likely win the game." It's also really strong with a dedicated discard engine.

I play this one. My opponent gets whatever he or she needs to reply to this one (Maelstrom Pulse, most burn spells, a creature with haste, Boomerang, Silence...) there are many answers to this one. Sure, it's a card to build something around, but it's not that easy to use.
