who thinks this card need a changed erracta? I do!!! There is no way to counter besides kycoo and bainsher and cards with similar effects... It cant be oppressed or negate cuz it just stays in the grave

Whats to errata? The effect is pretty straight forward. All it changes is people's side decks, and that's not even a big deal unless you're local meta is really into using vayu. All you need to do is side in D.D. Crow and that will stop it in its tracks.

Banisher (Like you said)
Soul Release
Dark Imprisoning Mirror
Transmigration Prophecy
Disappear (though this one isnt as good but it would work.)

Heres a list of Main decks that will mess it up

Zombie
GB with Reitari
Macro
Mirror matches that either main D.D. Crow or side it.

It's not that great. There are 5 People at my local who have 3 or more who don't use them cause its not really good.

well any smart player will side against your side... The deck can run up to 3 burial from a different dimension, so the only will side is banisher and DIM... How can a zombie or a gb deck get past oppression? Cuz vayu can, the deck loses nothing from oppresion, which makes it broken in this format

Smart players using Zombie or GB usually side in Twisters. I don't run Zombie or GB and I still side in Twisters vs BW just because of Black Whirlwind,

we see who is right comes austin, vayu turbo and blackwings with vayu with oppression just have too much of an advantage over the other top tier decks

If it truly is going to be that big of a problem a Shonen Jump, then I can see people siding Discord in to stop it.

It's easy enough to counter. Grow some balls and actually use your brain for thinking of the easy ways to stop Vayu instead of complaining about it's power on a forum. You'll find that it is far more productive. Yes, it's powerful. But everything can be countered.

power isn't the be all, end all in yugioh! we all know this yet we continously complain about overpowered(???) cards

vayu lets good strategys and combos happen, but not just on their side of the field. have a think about what plays you could make out of vayu doing things

first off discord cant stop vayu since it special summons not synchro summons. This is not a discussion on personal skills, so leave your ad homiens some where else. This is a discussion about vayu, im just trying to change the text so it can be oppressed. Its just a overall bad ruling for a card.

Your the one that started talking about a players skill. All I did in was state my opinion about why I don't think it is that good,and doesn't need an errata.

You were right about Discord and Vayu, I forgot that it isn't a syncro summon.
