Deathstrike + First strike
If a creature with deathtouch, like Kederekt Creeper, were to gain first strike, for example with Lightning Talons, would it automatically kill other monsters?
edit: i just realized its called death touch

If you mean that whether other creatures (not monsters!) would die when the Creeper dealt first strike damage, the answer is yes. It deals damage, and when the damage resolves, the deathtouch ability triggers.

Pretty much.
Your Kederekt Creeper would strike first...and touch the other 'monster' (rawr!) to death, before the said other monster could deal any damage to your Kederekt Creeper.

lol sorry i migrated from yugioh to magic. I still have some of the terminology mixed up.

Do note that it only destroys creatures it actually deals damage to. So with only two power, it can only destroy two creatures. Of course, with Lightning Talons it also gets +3/+0 so it would be able to destroy five creatures before they can deal damage, so that would be pretty hard to stop.

Precisely why the shape and cosmology of the disc system should be so is not clear, but goes some way to explain why, on the disc, the Gods are not so much worshipped as blamed.

I also have a question about this. For example, if I have a knight of meadowgrain, equipped with a quietus spike and a loxodon warhammer attacking and being blocked by a wilt leaf cavalier and arkarsan squire, how much damage can be assigned to the opponent?

Zero. For trample damage to "spill over" to the opponent, damage must be assigned to the creatures equal to their toughness. It doesn't matter that deathtouch would kill the other creatures.

like to clarify a question regarding Quietus Spike's rounded up ability since it's quite confusing. if my opponent has has taken ten total damage and i deal another three from a creature like rhox war monk (3/4 lifelink), which comes unblocked and is equipped with the spike. will that be instantly rounded up to twenty or only at fifteen?

Quietus Spike.
What? I have no idea what you're asking. If a 3/4 is carrying the spike and your opponent is on twenty, first he'll be dealt three damage, dropping him to 17, then Spike triggers and when that trigger resolves, he'll lose nine life (half of zeventeen rounded up) and be on eight. Does that answer the question?

hello smeejos!!!!!
sir, i have a question about first strike ability;
1. how about thoughtweft trio (TwT) 5/5 with 1st strike and vigilance attacks, if his opponent massed block it with 5 1/1 creatures, what will happen? Will all 5 1/1 creatures be killed?
2. how about TwT being blocked by 5 1/1 creatures with 1st strike, what will happen?
thanks!
