    Default Vaporize Mana

    Vaporize
    Instant
Remove target permanent from the game. That permanent's controller may choose another card he or she owns that is removed from the game and return it to his or her hand.
Reclaim (If Vaporize is in your graveyard when you play a spell with
reclaim, you may pay Vaporize's reclaim cost to return it to your hand.)

This is so much better than Saltblast it's not even funny. It's also so much better than almost all removal in modern Magic. And when I say better, I don't mean in a good way. I mean you just obsoleted already good removal.

Now i can use it to play a card removed without paying its cost. I just have to target a permanent of mine.
Why blue? Please do not try to fit blue in every card…
Why black? Adding life loss doesn’t make any spell black…

    Land.
Land, Rite of Flame (or even Desperate Ritual which nobody plays), Chrome Mox (imprinting Dragonstorm).
Play this one a land you control (or Chrome Mox).
Play Dragonstorm for free (it's 4 dragons).

    Game, set match. 2nd turn.

Plus this can be used as removal if needed.

Plus this can be taken back from graveyard should it get countered.

Some people seems to like overpowered cards too.

I'm talking about a 2-card combo that can go off 2nd turn and can do something more too if needed.

If this had been a fairly costed card, i would have liked its versatility. Now i can only see the combo plus some bonus abilities.

I'm not saying that you make bad cards, just that you make cards that will be restricted/banned in a few weeks or cause some other ban/restrictions to balance them.

This card is not bad. Just it needs to cost more. Most of your cards just need to cost more.

okay, i got rid of that crazy combo thing you were talking about by returning the card to hand instead of making it free to play.

my intention is to balance it out by making it only able to keep one permanent removed from game at a time no matter how many times it is Reclaimed and recast.

The combo still works. And the effect you want to have creates horrible memory issues. Such an effect works better as an enchantment.
