 Ult in TAEV
Has anybody seen an Ultimate Ultra Rare Card from Tactical Evolution?
Also anyone seen silver rares as Ultimates?
Just some questions, cause I haven't seen ether or those.

I've seen all the Ultras in Ultimate form.
As well as the ratio of Ultimate Rares being nudged down from 2 per box average to 1 per box, they no longer have Ultimate Rares of the normal 'silver' rares, only the set's Supers and Ultras.

the UDE messed with the foil stuff so its only super rares and up that will be ultimate

It's the same in all TCG territories, not just the US only.
It's also Konami of Japan's decision on what rarity UDE has to print each card at. UDE itself has no say in the matter.
