It’s funny. Nobody outside a forum has seen what winning where at regional’s except the participants themselves and those who stayed to watch. your not alone. What separates the would be pros form the rest of the herd? Well that’s what we are talking about. Now I bet your wondering what you should play at nationals or the PTQ’s

Sadly I won’t be going to Regional’s this year. I have the deck I have the experience an skill an the mental endurance to go over 9 rounds of swiss.. The 2 things I don’t have don’t have the money And I defiantly don’t know anybody in Mesa who’s driving way the heck to Avondale and back. Recession and not being able to drive Suxors!

It’s funny I actually went down to Tempe for a gig WED.I found a gig on craigs list selling service station...

On the cheap: 5 color control without the vivids or reflecting pools.

Ever since I got PWNED by a 5cc deck at my FNM an with the advent of conflux I have this urge to build a 5 color control variant.. But being out a job during a recession forces you to extremes so you got to improvise and build on a budget. I’d say the hardest piece s to get for the deck is the reflecting pools. I have play sets of all the vivid lands but not the pools. Without them, the mana bases is fried plus how would this deck work without vivid and the pool when they rotate out? No doubt this...
