Need help on move set

Right now it has what is there wen u catch it in diamond
Horn drill
Hammer arm
Stone edge
Earthquake

this looks good to me but how can i make it better?

Rock Polish helps out alot here. One or two Rock Polishes and your attack will have quite an impact.

Rhydon/Rhyperior learns Mega Horn at level 57. Also, even though Rock Polish can increase its Speed significantly, it'll take a about three Rock Polishes before it can get the upper hand to ever hope to outspeed sweepers, especially the special variety. I would probably replace it with Thunder Fang or something, so that it can deal good damage against Water-Types; one of its nemesis. Needless to say, it only learns Thunder Fang through breeding.

This set up will get you some speed and then power to take out most of your weaknesses. I have learned that having four moves that take out many types with super effective hits help A LOT. My rayquaza has fly, brickbreak, earthquake, and ice beam. This set up for my rayquaza takes out fourteen out of the seventeen types. This is just an example for you for some move sets. Remember, getting an advantave in a battle is the key.

Thunderbolt's a bad move to teach Rhyperior, seeing as Rhyperior has a low Sp. Attack stat. What I've would've done, was breed Thunder Fang on it, since it'll take advantage of Rhyperior's higher Attack stat.
