I have a female Togepi with Timid Nature and Serene Grace that I can trade away. The Timid Kingdra with Sniper, however, is one that I'm using, lol. On a side note, you can check by looking at the location to where the Shaymin was caught; it can only be obtained in Flower Paradise at level 30.

Nope, you have to go downstairs in the Pokemon Center and enter the Wi-Fi Room (provided you have a reliable Wi-Fi connection where you are).

In the menu where you choose your game file, there is an option that allows you to modify your Wi-Fi settings. Go into that option and search for a connection. After the connection is found and you've set up that connection into your DS, you can then connect on Wi-Fi in the Wi-Fi room with that connection.

Ahh, that stinks. The best type of connection would be a wireless router, but those can cost from 50-100 bucks. $_$
