I am a pretty Big fan of Breeding Pokemon. Which Pokemon for you took the longest to Breed(If you do indeed Breed)? For me, it is in this generation, which was to get Garchomp with Outrage.
Since Outrage is now a Physical Attack and has 120 Base Damage, it is a must for Garchomp's great Attack Stat. Here is what I did to get it as so:
1. Catch Dratini in Mt. Coronet(Behind Waterfall). Took about 30+ Minutes to locate the Waterfall.
2. Train Dratini to Lv. 51, pausing it's evolution from Lv. 30 to 51, so it can learn Outrage on 51, rather than the Lv 64 For Dragonite, or even 61 for Dragonair.
3. Catch a Female Gible on Secret Hidden Entrance of Wayward Cave.
4. Breed the two Pokemon to obtain a Male Gible, with an Attack Nature.
Luckily, the 1st Egg had Brave Nature, and was a Male, so it saved me some slavery. Currently have Garchomp on 88.
Garchomp
Hp: 312
Atk: 310
Special Atk: 172
Def: 203
Special Def: 190
Speed: 190
Giga Impact
Earthquake
Dragon Rush
Outrage
And it works wonders! :D

The toughest Pokemon for me to breed was Togepi with a Timid Nature: For starters, trying to catch a female Togepi, with a 12.5% female rate isn't fun, especially since you can only capture it with the Pokeradar. It literally took me hours to find one with a Timid Nature, not because of the odds of getting that nature on a wild female Togepi, since I had my Timid Ralts with the Synchronize ablility on it with me, but because of the odds of finding a female Togepi. Eventually, after about 4-5 hours, I finally got the Togepi I wanted. The next step was catching a male Murkrow and evolving it into Honchkrow, so that it can learn Nasty Plot, so that I can breed it with my now female Timid Togekiss. Of course, to get a hatched Togepi with the same Nature as its mother, I made sure to equip the Togekiss with an Everstone. That being said, one would think I'd get the baby Togepi I wanted; not right away... It took me about 30 minutes to get the little bastard I wanted, seeing as almost every Timid Togepi would end up with the Hustle Ability, when I wanted the Serene Grace Ability. On a side note, the Honchkrow's role was to breed Nasty Plot on a Togepi. Having said that, here are two ideas for Togekiss that I have:
Togekiss
Nature: Timid
Item: King's Rock
Ability: Serene Grace
Moveset: Substitute, Roost, Nasty Plot, Air Slash
Togekiss
Nature: Timid/Modest
Item: King's Rock
Ability: Serene Grace
Moveset: Nasty Plot, Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Water Pulse/Shadow Ball
Needless to say, a Pinsir with a Mold Breaker Ability, or just a Cranidos/Rampardos alone can really screw over my Togekiss, hence why I plan on making another Togekiss with the second setup; Aura Sphere would take it down really fast.

Her HP, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Def are real good, so I might consider her.

Last gen, I spent about 250 hours breeding a GArdevoir for the RS Challange. It swept the world for me. Took 3rd overall b/c the DCI program.

There's a little problem with Fly on a Togekiss; it wouldn't implement its Low Attack stat very well. You're better off giving Fly to a physical sweeper, like Staraptor... Just a thought.

Longest for me was Porygon with Trace and Modest Nature.
It must have taken atleast 100 eggs, but now I love my Porygon-Z with Adaptibility. 450 Base Power Hyper Beam ownz.

I was thinking of raising a Porygon-Z of my own. Hyper Beam really is a killer especially when used on a fully EV trained Porygon-Z.
