Well, how much money do you have? A deck like this that has mana consistency can always benefit from adding LD as a second "color" in the form of Rishadan Port and Wasteland.

I just love a good red deck! :D
Your burn suite looks pretty solid to me, but I think your creatures could be a bit better. The difference between one and two points of power in this game is simply huge. And all of your creatures (except the Slith), will always have one power. The Mogg is an exception, because he is just amazing. I don't even know why, but he is.
The first card I would think to change would be the Raging Goblin. Yeah, it's cool if he hits for one on the first turn, but what if they play something like a Carven Caryatid? That's a lot of burn to throw at a wall that didn't even cost the other guy a card. One of my favorite goblins is Frenzied Goblin. If a blocker is small enough, you can just burn it away. But if it isn't, this guy works wonders. A great card to support the Slith Firewalker, and a more relevant ability if you don't have him in play by the first turn.
Spark Elemental is a mini Ball Lightning, but even that card was only good because it had 6 power. Your opponent gets to pick what it hits, and the card only works once, but this thing is half as big. A card like Genju of the Spires, Ball Lightning or Blistering Firecat, while more expensive, do a much better job than lil' Sparky. Also, Frenzied Goblin makes all of these cards better as well, since they hate to be blocked.
First strike goes well with burn, but with only one point of power, I'm not sure just how good Boros Recruit really is in this deck. If you can get your hands on it, Jackal Pup will be a great one-drop for your deck. Grim Lavamancer is really powerful too, but he's not exactly cheap. Either way, good burn is usually good enough to bury people as it is. Oh, and if you can get any Chain Lightning, that lets you run up to 8 Lightning Bolts, though the Chain is probably even more expensive than the Lavamancer now. Probably not worth the money if you just play casually. If you have trouble against artifacts like Sun Droplet or random stuff like that, Hearth Kami could be really effective too.
Please know that these are only suggestions, and that I think your deck looks pretty good as it is. I'm just obsessed with efficiency and Raging Goblin isn't really the most efficient card in the game. If you like him though, then by all means, smack people in the face with a raging green man. :D
Oh, and one last thing. If you do put Genju or Ball Lightnings or whatever in the deck, you may want to consider adding another land. Your curve is really low right now, but if that changes, more mana will be necessary.
Above all, have fun setting people on fire. And try not to laugh too hard at them. It makes them feel bad.
