I'm not sure how effective that deck would be.. but it would be funny to see the look on your opponents face when the only monsters you keep playing have 1900 attack and you have no effect monsters.

This deck seems like it would only be good for Casual Play, and also youare not running any ban cards so why post this deck in the Traditional section? You will get more feedback if you post this in the Casual deck section instead.

You should still add in the staples such as: Breaker, D.D. Warrior Lady, Witch of the Black Forest, Tribe Infecting Virus, Raigeki, Monster Reborn, Change of Heart, Call of the Haunted, Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, etc. You get the point.

How has this deck playtested?

i've seen this deck before and it's good,do you live in pa?........and fiendmaster,this deck is prohibited from having an effect monster,it messes it up.....find room for skill drain and that's all i can think of.....

Definitely use Delta Attacker, and like Parthath, run Skill Drain (you won't have to worry about Gora Turtle and Jinzo)
