WOW....let the enlightenment begin
technically border color doesnt matter other than black corder cards are typically more sought after. standard(T2) is a magic format that incudes the last 2 magic blocks(3 sets each) and the newest edition(ex. 9th edition). then again standard currently has 2 blocks, 1 edition, and a rouge set(which is likely never to happen again)

I think only Incinerate will be Standard-legal.

I think the best thing about the Coldsnap Theme decks are the pre-cons in them like Swords to Plowshares, Brainstorm, Dark Ritual, Tinder Wall, Incinerate, among others.

Unfortunately the pre-cons in the Coldsnap theme decks are not Standard legal except for Incinerate which is also getting reprinted in 10th Edition...
