Ok, this is new try with WIND monsters. Harpie Chick is not very good but it has its place as Icarus Attack food as its winged beast.

Well replacing Royal Decree with Mirror Force sounds extremely good but I have to consider that other idea of yours.

IMO, for Harpie decks use 3 Harpie Lady 1....

-You don't need Roc, Harpie Chick, Skull Red Bird, etc....

Vanilla monsters is a term used to describe "normal" or none - effect monsters. I like the idea, have ALOT of normal Winged - Beast and three Icarus Attack, back up with Tsukuyomi and Mask of Darkness.

Alright deck but i think it will do alot better with more of the harpie ladies cause there effects and plus with pet baby dragon and if you add in harpies hunting groung that will be kill.
