2 Questions (Answer Please)

I have 2 questions,

1) If you have a face-up wave motion cannon on the field and a spell canceller on the field, would the wave still collect counters since it says when a main phase passes or would a canceller just negate it all together

2) If you summon fusiler dragon using his 4 star level effect, can you play inferno reckless summon on him and if you can would the two others have the 2800 atk

1. Spell Canceller does not negate the count of Standby Phases. Also, you don't really put counters on it. That is just what people do to keep track of the number of Standby Phases that have passed.

2. I apologize. I'm editing my answer because I wasn't really paying attention when I answered.

When you summon Fusilier Dragon without tribute you are not special summoning him; it still counts as your normal summon/set for the turn. Therefore, you cannot use IRS to summon any others you may have.

Also I have one more Q,

I dont understand big shield gardna, hes turned to attack at the end of damge step, is there a damage step for each creature or is the damage step resoving all the attacks of all the creatures

The damage step is the main component of each attack a monster makes. Big Shield Gardna switches itself into attack mode right after damage has been calculated for that attack.
