My crappy deck. Need help.

Ok here is my deck, its pretty crappy cause i havent played in a long time and didnt buy any new cards. Please help on how to make it better and what cards to get to make it better.
p.s. me and my friends dont play with restrictions so you might see some cards that are not allowed.

Now, your deck is some strange, the strategy....I can´t see the strategy, kaiser sea horse? you don´t have a light monster for this one.
chaos sorcerer would help ya.
retire tyrant dragon.
try heavy storm, premature burial, dust tornado, lightning vortex, soul resurrection, snatch steal, magician of faith.

Even if you havent played, there is something called UDE.com. Got there, you can see all the rules/ban/limited cards. After you aquire your knowledge, find a deck theme that suites you, and then limit your deck to play the adv format. Then bring your traps to 7 or 8. Decree will powned u.

And as for you playdirty89
Tyrant Dragon is a great card to start with if you want to build your deck around dragons.

But I do believe that you should find a theme to work on. This would help select the cards that you need.

-You do need to find yourself a theme, that way it will make easier for you to get the cards that you need....
-Hmm, from what you have, you can go for a Dragon Deck, Spellcaster Deck....

thanks guys i fixed it up. now i only have dark and light monsters cuase i got chaos sorcerer and planning to get more.
