One of my favorite cards now stands in the ranks of such monsters as Neo Aqua Madoor and Obnoxious Celtic Guardian etc.

Interesting; I like it. It solves some of the problems with the original Skull Knight without breaking it.

The original is a Fusion, and one that's more trouble to get out than it's really worth; this one's a standard 2-Tribute monster. The original had no effect; this one does, and a very interesting one at that.

The first part of the effect is somewhat anti-Chaos, and the second part apparently activates in the Damage Step, meaning that if there's something to hit, it's probably not gonna get chained to the effect.

You guys don't know how happy I am that everyone is so warm to "Exalted Skull Knight".

The first part of the effect is somewhat anti-Chaos, and the second part apparently activates in the Damage Step, meaning that if there's something to hit, it's probably not gonna get chained to the effect.

You're right. I was shocked that BLS-EotB wasn't banned. So when I was thinking of an effect, I wanted something that could really mess with a deck based around him... Or chaos in general. There are few monsters with play-removal effects, So i thought I'd add on. If you compare him to the Dark Magician of Chaos, He'd make a good substitute, If not replacement.
