This is the WORST list ever! OMG they banned semi-broken cards and gave us the completly broken ones. WTH they didn't ban Luster? WTH, Konami really needs to re-due this list. All that this list does is drag us backwards, back into the pits of unoriginality and luck.

They will update the list every 6 months. This gives plenty of time to see what happens with the current list, and then they can make changes again in the future.

I kind of like the list, always hated facing a DD lady, now at least I only have to deal with one. BLS is powerful but manageable if you are ready for it. I do not like Fiber jar going away, that was just fun to use with book of life etc. And if they are banning Makyura the Destructor, why limit Dark Scorpion - Chick the Yellow? Does Chick have another combo that was powerful enough to warrent a limiting? V. Lord is up to two, this is a good thing so V. Genisis is more playable and they are really easy to control with out so much destruction effects.

well i don't mind more power to my dragon deck i will make a fuw modifacations to all my decks but my dragons have got a bost

It really does "water" down my oppoennt's water decks... poor Abyss Soldiers... yay!

Chick is limited because the restricted/limited list for both formats is teh same, well minus the banned cards for advanced. :D That's the reason why Provisions is limited as well. LOL who used 3 Provisions anyways?

okay elma is gone and that gets me upset because i was one of the few that didn't use it in ftk decks and why is change of heart gone everyone used that card in there deck and everyone could get a hold of one very very easily

It was the hardest of the FTK's, not really worth it.

It doesn't effect my ultimate tribute (fire deck) at all but my equal balance (Dark Magician deck) is screwed since I use magical scientist. I just with BLS would be banned. I wish they didn't ban fiber jar because it was so much fun to use!

You guys obviously havent heard the reason for banning Elma yet. Ok in the new set there is a card called Magic Absorption, you get 500 LP for every magic card activated. Ok Gearfried + Elma + Magic Absorption = INFINITE LIFE POINTS!!!

It woulda been sweet to pull that on some unexpecting chump though, wouldn't have?

Good thing that Elma combo is still available to us traditionalers!

One more note, D.D. Warrior Lady being restricted is a GREAT idea. I am sick of that card with a load of passion.

I am not thrilled with this banned list, I wish they had banned luster because without him all of my decks would soar. One more thing, thanks for adding mirror force back because it will make my life so much easier!, oh and my favorite draw card of all time graceful charity.

There should always be a couple of broken cards. If you draw one, good for you. It helps to keep the element of luck in the game, and if you can't handle it, then OH WELL!!! I, for one, love the new list.

I, as a game designer, detest this developement. They should never have made cards so broken that they have to be restricted/banned. They should deal with their mistakes by dealing out counter cards that nerf staples.

And I don't mean those anti-Raigeki/Griffin Wings. I mean, something that butchers multiple varieties of those cheese cards. Y'know: If your opponent has any cards named Harpy's Feather Duster, Monster Reborn, Raigeki, or Change of Heart in their discard pile, they receive 2000 damage for each of the afformentioned cards in their discard pile.

Cheese THAT. Make using the power cards a BIG gamble. Can anybody say side-deck?

I like the ban list, most people have and use those cards so it really does nothing more than make it easier to try out new original decks, to bad everyone uses the same basic ideas

your right Jinzomaster it wouldn't be funny if you played against someone with infinite life points, i had just realized that combo when i was looking through my commons, but then wouldn't that mean they'd have to keep butterfly dagger banned forever.

well since it is here we might as well live with it. w/0 magical scientist people are once again being creative with trying to find way sof getting out there big time fusions. Like King Dragun this card is beast among dragon fusions wow!!!!.
