A deck will only start with 1 card or set, the card or set that is the heart of your deck, Such as E-Heros, VWXYZ's, Dragons, Amazoness, and so on, But find the first card you use is what you deck should be based around it.

just give it thought, make it test, and get reasons.

Well.. in tradional 2 NoC isnt that useful cuz no one playz Dekoichi in Tradional.. only in advance..
