You might want to keep TIV, it can work pretty well, especially if you put in an additional Sinister Serpent...

-I suggest another Nobleman of Crossout and Reinforcement of the Army...
-Other than that, no fixes, no serious problems, great...

I really see no problems with this deck except I saw an earlier discussion about replacing Sinister Serpent with Treeborn. Sinister Serpent has the guarentee or returning from the graveyard to your hand, yet Treeborn is only if you have no magic or traps. You have twenty-five spells/traps, seven more than your monsters. I say if you had to choose between Sinister or Treeborn, pick Sinister. Including both would bring the deck count up to 46, which is a bit high. So, if you want to include both. I would:

-1 Goblin Attack Force
+1 Treeborn Frog

and goblin
i dont really want sinister serpent

put in an elite goblin attack force instead of the regular one as it has a hi defence so it stops stupid low attack monsters killing it like mof or treeborn

I'd get rid of GAF and exiled for sinister and BLS-envoy, if you got one. I duno about the treeborn, it and sinister are both walls sorta, but I like sinster with tribe.

im gonna take out goblin attack force for kycoo and when i get BLS i will replace treeborn with it cause i only have 2 tribute monsters
